“Legrand CRM”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Legrand CRM Pty Ltd, incorporated in the Commonwealth of Australia.
At Legrand CRM we are motivated by a pretty simple set of principles. Give businesses useful tools that help them get the job done. Ease-of use is of utmost importance. Practicality and functionality are key.
We’ve applied these principles to the development of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that is practical, intuitive, full of powerful features, flexible [so you can configure it to your needs], and is easy to integrate with your accounting system, web site and other business applications.
We believe that any business implementing a new CRM system should start seeing the benefits very quickly. Your return on investment should be measured in weeks, not months or years. Too many CRM systems fail to deliver because what sounded good on paper turns out to be too hard to use, requires your team to enter more data and ends up increasing your team’s workload.
A CRM system must deliver productivity. It must reduce the workload rather than increase it. That’s what we focus on. Of course we use Legrand CRM in our own business; we couldn’t do what we do without it.
Legrand Cloud CRM is for businesses that want the convenience of having their data and applications managed in the cloud. Legrand Cloud CRM is easy to use, easy to configure and integrates tightly with XERO, QuickBooks Online and MYOB AccountRight.
Legrand On-Premise CRM is for businesses that want the full power and performance of a desktop application with the flexibility to integrate their CRM with other business applications running in their network. You can create custom workflows, custom integrations and build custom apps that access our Microsoft SQL database. Remote teams are supported either via the Legrand Web edition running on your server or by using Legrand CRM as a Remote App.
The Legrand Web edition is for mid-sized businesses who manage their own IT and internet infrastructure. They run the powerful Legrand CRM On Premise edition in the head office and use the Web edition, running on a web server on their premises, to provide their mobile teams with the Legrand CRM web application accessing the CRM database at the head office. Some call this a private cloud solution.
