Licencing

Legrand On-Premise CRM is licensed per user. The subscription fee is for the use of the Legrand CRM application and excludes installation, configuration, data migration, 3rd party integration, training and any other implementation activities which are an additional cost.

Please note the following conditions for our subscriptions fees:

  • All prices are exclusive of taxes – if you are uncertain of the tax requirements in your region, please submit an inquiry to info@legrandcrm.com
  • The minimum configuration is for 3 users.
  • The monthly subscription is based on a minimum commitment of one year and requires you to commit to a 12-month, non-cancellable, automatic payment plan.
  • Installation, configuration and training services are charged separately at an hourly rate.

Implementation Services

Legrand Solution Partners offer a wide range of implementation services, including installation, data preparation, workflow planning, system configuration, creating email and quotation templates, creating web forms for lead capture, developing custom reports and dashboards.

The first step in the implementation process is the requirements gathering. This will determine the scope of the implementation, customization and training services.

You may have in-house technical experts who, after some training, can take on much of the configuration and training tasks, or you may prefer the Legrand CRM Consultant to perform all the work and deliver a turn-key solution.
