We know that you want different members of your organization to have varying degrees of access to your data. The user rights security model Legrand CRM offers a wide variety of access controls and systems.

User rights You might want to allow some users to simply lookup records and not be able to change them in anyway. Other users might need to create contact records, but they are not allowed to modify anything at all in customer service. There is enormous range of flexibility and control - all administered with a simply to use interface.

The other important control is over whether a user can run any "bulk" activities such as fax outs, e-mail merges etc. This stops unauthorized staff from contacting large numbers of customers.
