Legrand CRM stores all contact and company information as well as all the important activities with your customers.



The problem of multiple contact lists.
Most companies already have an informal way of managing their customers - whether they know it or not!

Some customer information is kept in the accounting system. The sales reps have their prospect and customers lists in Excel that can be taken with them when they leave the company. The guys in the workshop use a proprietary service system. The boss has a list of key business contacts in Outlook - waiting to be lost when their notebook is stolen or crashes.

Using existing data.
Because existing customer information is likely to be spread across your company in different areas, Legrand CRM can access this data in multiple ways including:
  • Customers stored in accounting systems. Legrand CRM is unique in its support for the majority of accounting systems used by small businesses.
  • Outlook. Contacts can be directly imported from Outlook.
  • Spreadsheets or other files. Contacts can be quickly and easily imported from programs such as Excel

Legrand works on the basis that in day to day business you deal with individuals within an company or organisation. The details of each contact are recorded under that company.

You can even transfer contacts from one company to another.

By simply clicking on the contact, you can see all the activities that relate to that contact only.

Special note on sharing E-Mail.
With the widespread use of E-mail, large amounts of customer communications remains locked up in Outlook. Legrand CRM can selectively copy e-mail from Outlook and have it available for anyone in your company.
