Release 5.1.24 - November 30, 2009
  • Fix: when exporting Activity List the error "Field Notenum1 does not accept NULL values" sometimes happens
  • Fix: can't delete Opportunity Stage, even when it has not been used.
  • Fix: when performing an email merge from the Customer Service module the email template does not always merge.
  • 2260 Fix: Some fields in Item record remain disabled after an unsuccessful search; e.g. search for a serial number that does not exist, then perform another search this time for a serial number that does exist and you'll find that some of the fields are greyed out.
  • 2259 Fix: Word mail-merge of date fields (e.g. [#ItemTracking_DatePurchased#] or [#Contacts_Date2#] always includes midnight time display (e.g. “10/08/2009 12:00AM”) even though it is just a date field without a time element.

Release 5.1.23 - October 31, 2009
  • New! The Web Capture module now supports newsletter Subscribe/Unsubscribe function
  • New! Filtering function in Web Capture lets you filter web records by type: web lead, sales lead, unsubscribe and spam
  • New! The Web Capture module now provides more control over the processing of a web lead: search the database for similar contact or company records and decide how the web lead is to be processed:
       (1) create new company and contact records, or
       (2) create a new contact record but assign it to an existing company, or
       (3) assign to an existing contact record.
  • New! Import wizard to import Activity records
  • New! The phone interface has been enhanced for better support of International dialling.   In User Preferences you can now specify the international access code for your location (e.g. 011, 0011 or 00, to just mention a few) and Legrand CRM will automatically handle the formatting.
  • New! Custom Menus have been expanded beyond internet or intranet URLs and now also provide the ability to access network folders and the ability to invoke any external application while passing up to five parameters.   
    This enhancement significantly enhances the ability for 3rd part integrators to create custom applications that can be invoked from within Legrand CRM.
  • New! Search functions 'Lastname contains' and 'Lastname starts with' have been added to the QuickList section in the Contacts module
  • New! Search functions 'Company Name contains' and 'Company Name starts with' have been added to the QuickList section in the Companies module
  • New! You can now specify the next Opportunity Reference Number in System Administration
  • New! Multiple delete of Activity Notes has been added
  • New! Link activity notes created “En-masse” to a customer service

  • New! The User listing in Calendar is now sorted on Lastname and includes the user's Team name (if Team option is activated)

  • Change: When assigning a task or calendar event to another staff member the email notification now includes the notes for that task or calendar event
  • Change: The Legrand Reporting tool now includes a library of over 25 reports.
  • Change: The Department field in Contacts screen is now an unrestricted textbox
  • Change: The 'No Transaction' report now includes further selection options to determine how to apply search conditions to Contacts that are not linked to a Company
  • Change: Support for the old Crystal Reports IX has been disabled by default in favour of the new Legrand Report Designer. You can still access the old Crystal Reports functions by specifying this in User Preferences.

Release 5.1.1030 - October 2008
  • NEW: significant changes and additions to the ABM Accounting interface. Now supports the import of Products and Sales Transactions.
  • Enhancement: MYOB interface now supports Accounting v12, which uses MYOB ODBC version 8.
